I had a wonderful experience receiving an otoplasty at Foothills Facial Plastic Surgery. During my consultation, Dr. Olson explained how he would perform the surgery to achieve the most desirable result. The nurses and staff were kind and attentive throughout the entire process. I am four weeks post-op and happy with the results of my otoplasty; my ears are no longer prominent and their new shape looks natural. I recommend Dr. Olson to anyone seeking an otoplasty.

Dr. Olson has performed 2 procedures during the past year. Both times, from consult through aftercare and follow ups, nothing but positive results. Both procedures went exactly as I had been informed it would. Great attention to all my questions and expectations. The aftercare visits were exemplary attended by Dr Olson when necessary otherwise his nurse Mercy was great in her roll. Overall Dr Olson was completely down to earth in his expectations of the outcome. The authenticity and personal touch is rare these days in the medical field. I’m very grateful to have been referred to his practice.
I had visited a local cosmetic surgeon regarding a lower blepharoplasty. After being told I would need a graft and filler without a clear explanation as to why, I decided to get a second opinion. I ended up seeing Dr. Olson and am glad I did! He understood the result I was looking for and determined in my case fat deposits just needed to be removed. I felt I was in the competent hands of an expert throughout the entire process. Mercy was great to work with and very communicative from start to finish. I appreciate the way she walked me through costs/pricing in a very transparent way. Both the office and surgical center staff were very professional and helped alleviate any anxiety I had about the surgery. Six weeks have passed and I no longer have the tired look I had pre-op. I would definitely recommend Dr. Olsen to friends and family for this type of procedure.
Excellent Surgeon Created a Beautiful Nose! I highly recommend Dr. Olson and his staff! He is honest, genuine and straight forward, he advised me of what he can or cannot achieve for my end results. His kind, yet professional demeanor makes me feel like more than just his patient.His staff, RN Mercy and RN Melissa are amazing! Mercy is the most beautiful and friendly person with lots of positive energy which makes me want to come back just to see her. She was very informative and knowledgeable in explaining the procedure to me. She also assisted me with after care treatment and skin care products for my nose. Melissa is kind and sweet with a peaceful energy which calms me when I was nervous. Together, the two ladies compassion makes me feel comfortable and that I have made the right decision in choosing Dr. Olson.

Had a concern about a possible recurring melanoma. Dr Mindy Powell, who's always a joy to see, got everything scoped out and I was clear. Her asst helped move furniture to accommodate my scooter, and both were so professional and courteous during the whole office visit. I love this practice. That's why I drive over there from northeast.
I'm always treated by all staff with dignity and respect. Dr. Orlick is thorough in her examinations and always on time. I feel like she doesn't rush and welcomes my questions. She makes me feel like she truly cares about me as a patient.
