The whole process was amazing I had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty by Dr Olson and from start to finish, the whole process was amazing. The office staff and nurse Mercy have been so nice and helpful. My nose needed a lot of work, but Dr Olson explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I was nervous about how the recovery would be, but I ended up having very little pain and the stuffiness was very tolerable. All in all, one of the best decisions I have ever made was choosing Dr Olson for my procedure and I would recommend him to anyone in need of any facial plastic surgery or any services offered by his practice.
Dr Orlick is so attentive and caring and "user friendly!" Ditto for the wonderful staff at the front desk. Took me a while to find them after we moved back to Tucson, but she has been my dermatologist for several years now.
Staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was my first visit and was treated very very well. The attending physician was spectacularly attentive.
My son and I both recently went here. I had a skin cancer screening. All clear! My teenage son has acne and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They prescribed him some medicine so, hopefully, it will reduce/prevent scarring. They were very nice, too, including the front desk.
Dr. Olson is an extremely kind, gentle, and informative doctor. He educated me beyond what I ever expected, he was realistic about safety and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. His assistant, Mercy, has kept in constant touch with me through text and even scheduled appointments around my daughter's birthday. I didn't even know she remember that! Dr. Olson and Mercy have made me feel safe and deeply cared for. I'm in the pre-op phase and I'm already in LOVE with the results!!! I just might post before and after pictures in a couple weeks 🙂
