I've been going to Dr Olson for 10 + years, mostly for fillers. He's the best at them, never over done. Relies on tried and true methods and equipment, not the new fangled machines that don't really work. I know and have worked with other plastic surgeons. If I can ever afford a facelift, I would not trust my face to anyone else! Had Dr Olson give me a face-lift in 2020, did a perfect job. Unfortunately I need another one. I'll be back to him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Olson since 2019 and have undergone two procedures with him—a rhinoplasty and a lip lift. I am meeting with him today for my third procedure, which speaks to the level of trust and confidence I have in his work. I truly would not go to anyone else. Dr. Olson is incredibly knowledgeable and highly trained in facial plastic surgery. What I appreciate most about him is his philosophy that the goal of facial surgery is not to make you look like someone else, but to help you look like the best version of yourself. He takes a thoughtful and conservative approach that prioritizes natural-looking results. I am extremely happy with the outcomes of my procedures. The results are subtle, balanced, and enhance my features while still looking completely like me. Beyond his skill as a surgeon, Dr. Olson is also a genuinely kind and thoughtful person who takes the time to listen and ensure his patients feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. It is always a pleasure meeting with him for consultations and follow-ups. He also works alongside his wife, who is one of the kindest and most welcoming people you could meet. Together they create such a warm and supportive environment that you immediately feel at ease. I truly appreciate the care and attention they both provide, and I always look forward to my visits.

Wow is all I can say. I’m 66 years old and I can’t even express the level of care and precision that Dr Olson and Mercy provided me on my recent surgery 2/27. I had a deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift and lip lift with minimal pain and bruising. I have never in my life felt so listened to, taken care of and had the level of genuine care in my life by any doctor. I flew from Seattle to have my procedures done and would rate Dr Olson and Mercy Olson as the most amazing team I could have ever had. Thank you Dr. Olson and Mercy from the bottom of my heart❤️ If your looking for the best facial plastic surgeon I would look no further than Foothills Plastic Surgery, they deserve 10 stars not 5! So Glad I Got This Done and Went to Dr Olsen for It! Dr. Olsen and Mercy were amazing! They explained everything in detail while keeping me calm through the whole process. The results are amazing and I'm so glad I got this done. The first week of recovery was definitely hard and a bit scary but so so worth it. Dr Olsen even texted me checking in the first few days after the surgery. Definitely take the nausea medicine at the same time as the pain medicine since I had tried taking the nausea medicine and 20 minutes later the pain medicine and would immediately throw it up. But even late at night when that happened Dr Olsen took my call to discuss. I then took the medicine at the same time and didn't have that issue again. I got this done about 11 months before my wedding and it definitely is enough time for the scar to heal and be hidden. I'm at the 3-4 month healing point and the feeling on top of my head is starting to come back but feels a bit itchy, but not to the point that it is bothersome. If you're thinking about doing this procedure and are a good candidate I definitely recommend it!! I live in flagstaff and am so glad I made the drive to Dr. Olsen. Definitely get a hotel for the entire 4 ish days so you can rest and relax.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jerold Olsen and his entire team. I recently had a facelift and neck lift, and from my very first consultation through recovery, I felt completely supported and cared for. Dr. Olsen’s bedside manner is truly exceptional. He is calming, reassuring, honest, and incredibly patient. I was very nervous about having this procedure done, but he took the time to answer every single question I had — whether by text, email, or in person — with openness, kindness, and understanding. He never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Instead, he made me feel heard and respected. That level of communication gave me tremendous confidence going into surgery. His nurse, Mercy, and the entire office staff are equally amazing. They are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell this is a team that truly loves what they do and cares deeply about their patients. Most importantly, my results are beautiful. I feel refreshed and natural — still me, just better. I am so grateful I chose Dr. Olsen. If you are considering a facelift or neck lift and want a skilled surgeon with integrity and heart, I highly recommend him.

Almost a full year since forehead reduction surgery and 10/10. Dr Olson’s care and knowledge were top tier!! I felt so safe and my result turned out beautiful. No visible scarring, my hairline is gorgeous and I’m very happy with the size of my forehead now!!! He’s honestly an exceptional doctor.
